Fill out a basic job application. Submit a resume. I also got ahold of the manager and spoke to her. Very basic interview seeing if you will fit in with the other employees, and to see if you have good customer service skills.

It was a simple process. Was called and asked to come in. The manager was busy, so she decided just to ask if I was available to work certain days and I said yes, so she had me sign the papers and that was it. No testing of any sort.
