Applied online, received an answer 3 weeks later for a phone interview. 1st interview was ok because I had a lot of preparation and the questions were the same kind of those you can find on glassdoor or "heard from the street" (ex: you can roll a dice up to three time, was is your playing strategy ? ans: you should stop playing if you get a 5 or 6 for the first roll, 4, 5 or 6 for the second roll). Also mental math like 79*81 (do (80-1)*(80+1)) or 13% of 34 or what is 1/7 ? The second interview was the same kind but with more difficult questions. I didn't passed this round. Good experience and nice interviewer the first time. Less friendly the second time.
