1st converstation was a phone call. 2 min of behavioral and then straight to basic trading questions. Know the log of numbers, square root of numbers and cubed root of numbers. They also ask many variations of coin and dice questions like if the dice isnt fair, or if it is a 27 sided dice.

Difficult, but heavily focused on technicals. Very smart people are interviewing, so you have to ace the technicals and then demonstrate a level of personability to have a shot. Prepare for a lot of math.

First is resume screening, Then the test - checking mostly quantitative skills. Short tasks. but not obvious. Then you have an interview where you have to solve short puzzles based on probability theory.
