Met with a recruiter at the firm. Discussed my back ground and experience as well as my interest in the firm. However the recruiter didn’t seem to know much about the practice of law. Sent materials for next interview.

I was interviewed virtually by one person for only about 15 minutes, which, in my opinion, is pointless because it is not enough time to learn anything about anyone. There were several candidates before and after me.
