Pretty simple. Applied online. They are not transparent about pay and will try to pay you way less than market for the price point of the items and volume of the store. I asked questions about the current traffic of the boutique, staffing etc. They asked about my experience and to go thru my resume. At the end of the call salary requirements were asked and it was a dance around from the company and they in fact did have a range although the interviewer started off the saying that they didn't have a range available. This would be a great job for a student or someone who doesn't have bills to pay!
