They make you do a 3-step interview process, and if you pass the first step, which is the pre-recorded interview, you get the interview with the recruiter and the final interview with the head chef. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled interview, as any respectful candidate would. However, the interviewer showed up 20 minutes late without any communication or acknowledgment of the delay. I politely checked in with the hostess after waiting for a few minutes past the scheduled time, only to be met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes in total before the interview actually started. No apology or explanation was provided for the delay, and the overall energy felt rushed and indifferent — like my time and effort as a candidate didn’t matter. Overall, very poor expereince.

They will have a few basic questions to get to know you. The other questions are your experiences and regarding the work you are applying for. You will have to fill out some forms and submit some food certificates.
