Sat in the back room with the manager of the store. He introduced me to a few other workers and explained the types of tasks I would be responsible for at that job. He asked me some general interview questions and discussed availability.

I don't remember. I was in high school and that was a long time ago. I do remember chatting with my, would be, manager and watching training videos after I got the job.

Simple application & interview process. They look for people who enjoy crafting and have crafting experience. They want you to have open availability so they can schedule you days, nights and weekends. The more energetic you are, the better chance of being hired.
