Overall, it was a good process and very well organized. They had me come back on three different occassions. Once because the senior manager had been traveling and once because I was going to have a different manager than I had originally interviewed with. I was able to meet several people

I applied about three or four months ago for the senior manager role and felt strongly that I would be an asset and for some reason I was lost in the process. I persistently contacted the recruiter and started the process for this role. I met with a number of HR leaders and then the business. I feel good about the process.
