I applied online took about 5 days to get the interview. It was a group interview with 4 other people and we just played 2 games it was a pretty laid back atmosphere. They called me 4 days later to tell me that there no positions left but they would keep my application if anything opens. But like 2 days later they called my friend in for a group interview. I wish they could of been straight with me and said why I didn't get it instead of making up that there were no positions left.

It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position

Interview process went smoothly. Asked behavioral questions and situational questions that catered to how you deal with a variety of customer personalities. Also asked about previous employment roles. Offered a job on the first interview.
