My university posted the job opening on their website. A few weeks later, J.C. Penney came to my Career Fair a week later and I was able to talk to the recruiter about the position more. I went home and applied then waited a few weeks until I was contacted for 3 rounds of interviews and accepted my offer within a week.

Apply for Job wait for interview call. Might take awhile. They call you and set up a time. They bring you in an the HR supervisor and the General Manager do the interview. They ask questions about you and your background.
