I went in for a group interview. The interview was very relaxed and easy and there were 2 managers in the room observing us. We had to build a building out of blocks but we could only look at it for 30s and we had to tell our group how to build it.

We didn't have single interview questions, we had team building exercises.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
The interview process begins with an initial screening to review qualifications and experience.
