Great challenging questions to assess my knowledge. Showed me ideas and projects they would like to start working on and I could give my input on how I would be able to contribute. One on one, but not intimidated. Made me feel very comfortable and excited about working there. Explained everything about the work environment so that there would not be any surprises.
