Interview Process was too long and needed to be shorter. There to many phone calls back on forth for the face to face interview process. I thought about the what if scenario questions were too extreme for the build environment. These are building systems such as the fire suppression system that are design and install for these scenario questions.

Went through an external recruiter. Interviewed with hiring VP first, then second round was with 3 VPs. Final round was with the team that I would be leading. The final round with the team was a group interview with 5 of the team members. It was an open conversation.
