I got the interview through a recruiter. The interview started with the human resources person going over the company's profile. Once he was finished, he left and the engineering manager came and did the rest of the interview. He was shaking more than I, but he made me feel comfortable. His questions were not overly complicated. He invited someone from his team to ask a few questions. Overall it was a good experience.
