At the first online meeting no one showed up, I waited for 30 minutes. Although I asked twice afterwards by mail if something had happened or if there was a problem, there was no answer. A week later, a new appointment for a conversation comes by email. The mail contained only the appointment, no salutation, no farewell and also no reason or excuse because of the 1st appointment (for me that is already the first impression a company gives...) 2nd appointment / conversation was very short, still no excuse nor explanation for not showing up on 1st meeting. They are looking for a junior, this was not declared in the job description - on the contrary, the requirement are above a junior position. We could have both saved our time if declared correctly. I still find the company exciting and the products interesting. However, the process was very unprofessional and leaves a bad impression
