Thorough, specific and professional. Ensured my military skills were transferable. Some members on the panel were prior military which made me feel very comfortable. After the panel I met the Branch Manager then the Vice President. All wanted to ensure I understood the goals and objectives. This specific location had under performed.

Standard form for the interview; odd part was that my immediate supervisor was not involved until after I received an offer. I wish that this person was involved in the process from the start.
