They asked very simple questions. I had to do a typing test and demonstrate my phone voice by reading a script. This needs to be at least 30 words long or they won't let me publish this review and I allegedly cannot continue using this site unless I publish a review.

Interview confirmed and held within a few days. Email on success also received within a few days. Then no communication. Only periodic emails to confirm is they can keep my profile in talent pool. Not a good experience.

The survey was done using an electronic tab that has set of open and closed ended questionnaires. They go door to door asking lengthy questions. They ensure to make known of the respondent data privacy.
