On phone interview followed with in-person causual interview. Make sure to ask lots of questions up front on pay, expectations, average hours worked a week, etc as you are salary and will work a lot outside of the 40 hours you are compensated for.

The interview process started with an application online and emailing my resume to the branch manager. After a few weeks I received a phone interview. Followed by an in-person interview. Once the interview process was over, you fill out a lot of forms that are required by the company and the state for employment. Once I had an offer, I had to go and complete a fitness test before the job offer was official.
