1st round: behavioral interview 2nd (last) round: at their office, lunch Q&A, partner presentation, 3 case studies, 2 panel interviews (2 employees for each one), 1 excel test (3 questions)

First round was at my college's student union after meeting them at my college's career fair. It was fairly standard behavioral questions. General reasons on why choose consulting rather than a job that aligns with my major. Second round was an entire day at the Atlanta office. Started off with a small breakfast and tour of the office and interview space. Got to meet a few people who just started working at the office. Then attended a presentation that went discussed an overview of the company's history, values, and benefits. There was a lunch and Q&A session with current employees then began the interview process. Started out with a case study session where I had 45 min to prepare answers to 3 scenarios of dealing with difficult situations. Then 45 min discussing and explaining answers to upper management at Invisors. Then 2 rounds of behavioral interviews, each round had 2 upper level managers. These interviews were more in depth about my experience and reasons for wanting a job at Invisors. Then the final interview was an Excel based test and discussion of my thought process and answers with an upper level manager.
