I was referred by one of the seniors. Entire process took 6 rounds, spreading across 6 days at different timings. All rounds were done by the same two big bosses. Both encouraged me to be assertive throughout the process. The rounds consist of reasoning, aptitude, attitude, personality test, IQ test, psychometric test, even EQ test, current industry trend in Chennai, and of course everything in the name HR. Very tedious and testing threshold of patience.
