I had 3 different interviews, 1 straight after the assessment centre then 1 after the phone trial. I had a final one the next day because I had to leave early otherwise they wanted to do it that same afternoon! They asked me lots of standard interview questions, but also things like why I wanted recruitment, achievement I was proud of and how I would describe myself in 3 words. They also left loads of time for me to ask questions which I really liked, and it usually became more of a conversation by the end of each interview. I also had a role play during one interview when I tried to sell someone a watch.
