I was interviewed by a team of three in the first round, then two in the second interview. Interview process follows a behavioral pattern, situational. It is conversational and interviewers seemed well prepared for the interview - starting with previous experience, assignments that were most rewarding, challenges along the way, how you dealt with various situations and outcome and experience from the situation.

Entrevista
While I believe most applicants have a phone screening, my process moved directly to an in-person interview. The process was very straightforward. I was interviewed by three people for a little over an hour. I was asked standard behavioral interview questions ("describe a time when...") and standard STAR-format answers were more than sufficient.
