I was interviewed three times. After the first interview I was told yes and that I would receive my offer the same day or within the next day. In the second I was told I was “the perfect candidate.” After the third interview I was denied immediately via email. I received a message today for a fourth interview and was told the denial was “an error.”

All of the questions were based on the job description. It seems they plugged in the job description into an AI tool and they requested questions from it. One of the main questions asked in several variations was “how will you acquire funds for the organization.”
