I have been contacted by the Intellias recruiter, At the beginning the recruiter was keen on explaining the interview stages. The first interview was with the people ops then the technical interview with two team members; followed by another interview with team managers. In the end, I met with the product manager. After each stage, I got the feedback within 1-3 days. The interviewers were professional and all of them gave me the time to ask them and they were happy to answer whatever time it take. If I recall I had a list full of questions; A lot of questions, trust me :) During the hiring process; they gave an example of how the company could take care of their employee and respect their willingness, and background.
