The science at IPI is great; the admin side seemed disorganized. I had 5 interviews and an unpaid writing test that took several hours and involved significant background research. The end product was something I'd normally be paid to do. I was hesitant to do that much unpaid work but did it anyway, and then I was ghosted. Fortunately, I got a job at another nonprofit that valued my time and my writing portfolio.
