The interview process was well managed and they were very mindful of my time. There were 3 rounds and a business case that I had to present in the final interview, which seemed appropriate for the level. Recruiting was informed and leadership made themselves available for conversations even after interview. I found everyone I encountered to be very genuine, smart, and direct.
