It was a telephonic interview followed by a Webex one. They asked me basic Business Analyst questions in SAFE environment. They prefer candidates having experience in handling multiple teams on shore and off shore.

Very shady interview process that consisted of two rounds. I participated in the first round only. The interview was very sketchy. Firstly, the interviewer did not turn on his camera. When I asked them basic questions about their business, the interviewer was not upfront about it. The interviewer also asked whether I had any experience in data analytics. If the interviewer had read my resume, then the interviewer would have known that I had some experience. And, most concerning of all was that they asked me outright about my Visa situation. They moved me onto the next round, but I was sufficiently sketched by the last round that I declined to participate.
