Kind of a non standard interview for me. I have known members in management most of my career. When the time came to need a new position due to an unexpected layoff due to the economy, management staff suggested I apply for this position. Having known several coworkers who worked here, the interview process was mostly working through the details of what my role and salary/benefits would be.

One to one interview. A chat about the role, the Innovyze vision, the software and the profile of the candidate that they were looking for. Very informal but professional at the same time.
