The interview is so structured with field role questions and technical questions that require keen answering and well-structured answers supported by relevant examples of the field data collection, like how to conduct household listing, how to administer questionnaire, how to seek consent with respondents, how to manage pressure to meet daily targets and how to keep your data accurate and of good quality.

It involved a written test about field scenarios. The questions are like What you will do if a respondent fails or refuses to give consent to the survey What will you do if the field car breaks down? When you are selected, there is training where some 2–3 people are eliminated, so one needs to pay attention since there is another test after training.
