The complete interview process was telephonic/web based . It started with a general discussion about my academic backgrounds and some initial level personality assessment questions. IT was followed by two rounds of technical interview with the respective Project Manager. Technical interview assessed the skills of pharmaceutical sciences and some introductory questions about Patent. The interview process concluded with a final discussion with Director.
