Overall, a standard interview process. I had a total of three interviews each about an hour long. First was with a hiring manger, second was a technical interview, third was a more focused interview with the office I would be working with. I wasn't asked any stupid trivia questions or brain teases. Questions asked were relevant to my resume and position. That being said, be very certain that you can back up the items listed on your resume.
