Application (resume + cover letter), following which I was invited for an aptitude test (arithmetic, patterns). I was then interviewed by a senior analyst and then again, a week or two later, by someone from HR to gauge if I was the 'right fit' for the team.

There was a test and also 2 interviews. The test was maths and shapes questions while the interviews one was with a team member and the other with an external recruiter.

1. CV Screening took less than 2 weeks.
2. Online aptitude test.
3. Directly interviewed with the Executive Director for about 30 minutes.
