I received an email two days after submitting my application to set up a phone interview. I received a confirmation email of my interview time. 20minutes later, I haven't received a phone call. In retrospect, a company who can't personalize emails, keep to appointments, or let alone list their clients on their website reads as sketchy and unprofessional.
