Invitation to interview was sent over email with specified times for each candidate. On the interview day, I happened to be on Skype early so they called me 2 hours before my scheduled time, which I thought was kind of unusual. But they were very friendly and the interview was pretty formal. The connection over Skype was bad so I couldn't hear and misunderstood some questions, but the interviewers were nice about it given the poor connection. They offered me the position the next morning.
