One of the worst recruitment experiences I have had. The recruitment team showed complete disregard for a candidate's time and professional commitments. After scheduling an interview, they changed the date and time without informing me in advance, despite the fact that I had already taken leave from my current job to attend. This caused unnecessary disruption to my work and demonstrated a lack of professionalism, planning, and basic courtesy. If this is how candidates are treated during the hiring process, it raises serious concerns about the overall work culture and management standards within the organization.
