The interview process included an HR screening followed by an online HR and user interview. The interview discussion itself was fairly standard, covering my technical background, experience, and fit for the Mechatronics Engineer role. However, after the user interview, there was no clear update or final result communicated to me, even after I followed up. The lack of post-interview communication made the overall experience disappointing.
