I had to apply and get the interview set up. I then got the interview set up and I met them on campus at Methodist hospital campus, downtown Indianapolis. First there was a Group interview with the team member that are currently on the compliance team. They asked me multiple behavioral questions. Next, I had a 1:1 with the supervisor of the team. Here she asked me questions about myself and explained the position and asked more behavioral questions and my goals and aspirations.
