It was a campus placement interview. They shortlisted candidates on percentage basis.They asked some technical questions and some HR ones. IOC is famous for taking class toppers so as to avoid any bias in selection.The recruitment process is fair and transparent.

Moderate level. Questions from current job & previous job roles. Few questions from HR. Hospitality was good, panel was supportive. Lunch was served. Interview process lasted for the whole day.

Personal interview , GD , GT were conducted . It was total of 15 marks .85% weightage was for gate score. In GD 2 topics were given out of which we had to choose 1 by majority . In GT we had to give solution to a problem as a group . It was a healthy discussion.
