Got a call from recruiter who interviewed me on the telephone and checked my communication skills and explained me the profile and advised me to show up on the venue next day, at the organisation i was greeted my the company's HR who took me to the conference room for the 1st round of interview process, wherein general questions were asked about myself, etc etc. then later on i had to wait for a while as the Line Manager had not showed up in the office. So the HR advised to me to take a lunch break or wait in the lobby. so i waited for an hour or more for the Manager to show up and finally he did so i was once again called in the conference room by the HR wherein she introduced me to the manager who then interviewed me and re-checked my communication skills, asked me about the profile in detail (i had studied and gone through the job profile thoroughly on the previous day) and could answer him convincingly and he was satisfied by my interview. Then he left the conference room with the HR and moments later the HR came back with the good news stating that i was eligible for the profile and the manager had given a green signal and later on i was busy filling up my application form and discussing salary with the HR within the day. And a week later i received an joining date to my employment.

Open and friendly interview process, first you met with the Manager (no HR department on the floor), then he asked some questions regarding the company knowledge, your skills and background and experience in the field.., then the Manager explain the duties and responsibilities relied to the job offered and the flat rate salary included... As the interview flows so friendly it makes you feel comfortable and confident in your answers during the process
