I had 3 interviews - HR and two technicals. All of them were very constructive and very positive. HR asked for soft skills and personality, the first technical was meeting up with my team-lead and responsible for operations. The third interview was with team-lead, responsible for human resources and operations. Great energy and positive atmosphere even though the process was quite long. The first interview then 2 weeks period for the call for the next interview, then 2 more weeks for the second and 2 more for the third. The process was completed in two months.
