you work your way up in this company... so you start at the bottom. Interview was great. just get to know you questions and work ethic stuff. Pretty much the point of the interview is to make sure you will fit in with the crew. They work super hard all day, but are super happy. If you can fit that description and convey that you are a hard worker and have a genuine smile, then you'll do well in the interview.
