Phone interview to start. Went over my background and experience in detail on the call. I was then scheduled for a face-to-face interview with the COO. The interview lasted about an hour. Next interview was with the Director of Commercial Ops the next day. I was then asked to meet with the CEO for a Final Interview 2 days later. Communication was on point. I always knew where I stood in the interview process, and received prompt feedback after every interview to schedule the next round. The whole process took about a week and a half.
