Two interviews with both the owners (brothers) plus a tasting for one owner and the CDC, the time for the tasting is short but doable, and ask for a pasta dish but have no pasta machine you have to use the machine that rolls out dough for the pittas.

Kept me waiting for forty-five minutes for a ten-minute interview where it was obvious they never even reviewed my resume. Told me I was unqualified- thanks for wasting my time!
