Entrevista
Applied online and got contacted to schedule a phone interview. There was no call, but did receive a voicemail some 30 mins later saying that they have attempted to contact me. Called back and a few more back and forth calls back later managed to reschedule. No call the 2nd time either. Called again and left a message for the interviewer. Received a standard email a couple of day later saying that they are no longer considering my application. My partner had a similar one last year when applying for a different role. Unfortunately, I do not believe that I will apply in the future.

Entrevista
The interview process was easy and I thought the interview went well. The interviewer was pleasant and asked simple questions about my experience and skills and hinted I was doing very well. She said she was then going to speak with another manager and contact me afterwards with what was happening going forward. Then silence for months after. I understand you can't reply to every application, but if someone interviews for you, you should have the professionalism and the courtesy to even just email them to say they haven't got the job. I sent follow up emails and offered more recommendations and everything and still heard nothing. My emails were polite and professional and I'm experienced in my field yet the woman can't even be bothered to send a one sentence email to stop keeping me waiting and hanging. Unprofessional and rude. Would never apply again. Shady.
