The interview process took about 3 weeks in total and consisted of 3 interviews. Each step truly helped both parties explore the opportunity further. The first call was with HR who spoke to the company culture. The second call was with the two managers who I would be working under. And, the final call was with the head of the department. Every person I spoke with made me feel comfortable and gave their full attention to the interview. Happy to report that I ended up accepting an offer. The team is really dedicated towards finding a good fit not only in terms of experience, but also company culture.
