I had a Zoom interview with two of the department heads that were vying for my services. They tag-teamed the interview nas it gave the other the opportunity to take notes. They were pleasant but direct which I appreciated. The process took about 30 minutes. For direct hires I've observed an on-site interview process that was several hours and often involved lunch.
