The interview was conducted over zoom. I met with a panel of 3 employees who took turns conducting portions of the interview. The first portion asked me about my experience and what I had worked on. The second portion was a pseudo code question and a conceptual question. The last portion was about questions I had for them.

1. Describe two fundamental concepts in object oriented programming.
The questions asked were ok but there is a problem there is no modern interview process implementation in their process I think it's about time that after asking the basics the interviewer focuses more on portfolios and cross-questions regarding the projects listed in their CVs and GitHub
