A four-way phone call with three people on their end and myself on the other. It was difficult trying to figure out who was speaking and, when they spoke at the same time, it was tough hearing them. There were long pauses between my answers and next question. I got the impression that they would mute the call and discuss my answers, since the phone sounded like it went dead a few times. It was an awkward process and I would have preferred to meet in person, especially if I knew there would be more than one person on the line.
