The assessment session was highly interactive and well-structured. It began with an insightful introduction to IRIS Software Group and a presentation of all the candidates, followed by a Q&A session where we could ask questions about the company and the role. Afterward, we worked in teams on two distinct exercises. We were given specific inputs, debated the scenarios together, reached a final decision as a group, and presented our findings to the assessors. The process is currently ongoing, and I am awaiting their official feedback.

Overall, the session was fantastic and well-structured. What stood out to me the most was the collaborative format. I truly appreciated having the opportunity to interact directly with the other candidates. The interviewers did an exceptional job of creating a warm, welcoming environment where I felt completely safe, comfortable, and relaxed throughout the entire process. It was a genuine pleasure to participate. I was particularly impressed by the interview's focus on soft skills, teamwork, and collaboration. Rather than just assessing technical checkboxes, the tasks we were assigned allowed us to authentically showcase who we are as individuals and how we naturally work together as a team. It was a highly engaging and positive experience.
