The interview went well. Identified my areas where i required to work. But it was a knowledgeable interview . I was examined throughly on my knowledge for Pharmaceutical drugs and their actions along with the pharmacovigilance profile. Indeed it was a good one. There was a case scenario given as well which I solved it well.
Structured interviews predict job performance most effectively than unstructured interviews. They are also more objective and legally defensible than unstructured interviews. Companies that implement structured interviews boost their hiring and keep better records of their interview process to help them improve it.
